Introductory Period

The first 60 days of your employment with Goodwin University is considered an introductory period. During this time, you are expected to become familiar with your job responsibilities, become acquainted with fellow faculty and staff, and determine whether you are satisfied with your employment. During the introductory period, your supervisor will monitor your performance closely to ensure that performance expectations are being met. After the introductory period, Goodwin University will continue your employment unless you fail to reasonably meet the performance expectations outlined in the Faculty Agreement Letter or demonstrate that you are a poor fit for the Goodwin University community.
