Insurance Sales, Certificate

Enrollment into this certificate is by Departmental Permission Only.

This 18-credit certificate program is for the student whose intention is to become a licensed property and casualty insurance agent.  The eighteen credits earned for this certificate may also be used toward the fulfillment of the AS or BS Business Administration degrees.  During this certificate program the student will be introduced to Principle of Insurance, Insurance software, and concepts of sales, service, and customer relations.

Admission Requirements

Students earning a direct enroll certificate program in Insurance Sales (18 credits) must complete the Omni test.  This test helps assess areas of proficiency.

Graduation Requirements

Students must complete all of the graduation requirements as stated in the catalog and maintain a GPA of 2.3 in the coursework.
